Your rights, data deletion, and privacy policy

16.1 What Data Does Navolet Store About Me?

  • Your phone number or Telegram ID
  • Your business name, address, currency, and bank details
  • All customers, invoices, sales, expenses, stock, and credit records you create
  • Your subscription plan and message usage counts

16.2 How Do I Request a Copy of My Data?

Send this command to the bot on WhatsApp or Telegram:

EXPORT MY DATA

The bot will reply with a summary of all data stored about your account.

16.3 How Do I Delete All My Data?

Send this command to the bot:

DELETE MY DATA

The bot will ask you to confirm. Reply:

CONFIRM DELETE

All your data will be permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

⚠️ Deleting your data also deactivates your license key. If you return to Navolet after deletion you will need to purchase a new subscription.

16.4 What Are My Privacy Rights?

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access your data (EXPORT MY DATA)
  • Delete your data (DELETE MY DATA)
  • Correct inaccurate data (contact support)
  • Receive your data in a portable format
