Stock & Inventory

Managing your product stock and inventory

9.1 How Do I Add Stock?

“Add stock: 50 Nike Shoes at 24000 each”

For multiple items:

“Add the following to my stock: 3 Red Nike Sneaker cost 35000 each 5 Black Lace cost 500 each 1 Adidas Slippers cost 7500”

💡 The bot understands common typos like “stovk” or “stoock” as stock.

9.2 How Do I View My Stock?

“Show stock”

“My inventory”

“Stock list”

9.3 How Do I Check a Specific Product in Stock?

“Do I have Nike Shoes in stock?”

“How many Black Lace do I have?”

“Check Adidas Slippers”

9.4 How Do I Export My Stock to Excel?

“Export stock”

“Download inventory”

The bot will send an Excel file with your full stock list.

9.5 Does Stock Reduce Automatically When I Make a Sale?

Currently, stock quantities are managed manually. When you record a sale or mark an invoice as paid, the bot records the sale but does not automatically deduct from your stock count. You will need to update stock quantities manually.

💡 Automatic stock deduction on sale is planned for a future update.

9.6 What Is a Low Stock Alert?

Each stock item has a low stock threshold (default: 5 units). When your quantity falls below this threshold, the daily report will flag it as low stock. You can set a custom threshold when adding stock.

9.7 Importing Stock to Your Shop (Pro)

Pro users can import their chatbot stock items directly into their Telegram Mini App shop. Go to My Account → My Shop → Products → “Import from Chatbot”. Items are imported as drafts — you can add photos, variants, and publish them when ready.
