Managing your account from the website
17.1 Accessing the Dashboard
Log in to navolet.com → My Account. Available sections: Dashboard (overview), Invoices, Customers, Stock, Subscription.
💡 Dashboard data requires your bot account to be linked. Activate your license key in the bot first.
17.2 Dashboard Overview
Shows today’s sales, this month’s sales, customer count, stock items, low stock alerts, top products and top customers for the month.
17.3 Invoices Section
View all invoices with filters by status (pending/paid) and customer. Click “Items” to expand line items. Mark invoices as paid directly from the dashboard.
17.4 Subscription Section
Shows your current plan — whether it is a one-time purchase or an active Paystack recurring subscription. Subscribe to monthly or annual plans directly from here.
17.5 Linked Platforms
Shows all platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram) linked to your license key. Each platform shows its type and a masked ID.
To unlink a secondary platform: click the “Unlink” button next to it. A confirmation modal will appear explaining what will happen. Confirm to unlink — the unlinked platform reverts to a free empty account and receives a bot notification.
The primary platform (the one that originally activated the key) cannot be unlinked.
💡 To re-link after unlinking, paste your license key on that platform again and complete the OTP verification.
17.6 Subscription Management
- Subscribe to a plan directly using Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD)
- Toggle between Monthly and Annual pricing using the billing toggle
- Prices are pulled live from Paystack — always accurate
- Cancel your subscription from the Current Plan section
- A confirmation modal with full details appears before any payment is initiated
