Understanding, activating, and managing license keys
12.1 What Is a License Key?
A license key is a unique code that unlocks a paid subscription plan on your Navolet account. It looks like this:
NV-A1B2C3D4-E5F6G7H8-I9J0K1L2
Each key is generated after purchase and is unique to your order. It can only be activated once.
12.2 How Do I Activate My License Key?
Simply send the key to the bot — just paste it as a message:
NV-A1B2C3D4-E5F6G7H8-I9J0K1L2
The bot will recognise it automatically and activate your plan immediately.
12.3 I Did Not Receive My License Key After Purchase
Check your spam/junk folder first. If the key is still not there:
- Go to the Navolet website and log in to My Account → Orders
- Your license key is displayed on the order detail page
- If still not visible, contact support with your order number
12.4 My License Key Says “Already Used”
Each key can only be activated once. If you see this message, the key has already been used — either by you on another account or by someone else. Contact support with proof of purchase and we will resolve it.
12.5 My License Key Says “Invalid” Double-check that you copied the full key including the NV- prefix and all dashes. Keys are not case-sensitive. If it still fails, contact support.
