1.2 Which Platforms Does Navolet Support?
Navolet is available on two messaging platforms:
- Telegram — available on all plans including the Free plan
- WhatsApp — available on Standard and Pro plans only
Both platforms use the exact same features and commands. Your data is shared between platforms — if you add a customer on Telegram, you can see them on WhatsApp too (same account).
1.3 How Do I Start Using Navolet?
- Find the Navolet bot on Telegram or WhatsApp (your business will provide the link or contact number)
- Send any message — the bot will start the onboarding process automatically
- Answer the 4 setup questions (business name, address, currency, bank details)
- You are ready to go — start managing your business

1.4 What Languages Does Navolet Support?
Navolet understands natural English including informal language, common abbreviations, and typos. For example:
- “add stovk” is understood as “add stock” (typo handling)
- “cos” and “cost” and “priced at” are all understood as price indicators
- “guy paid” is understood as marking an invoice as paid
