Understanding Free, Standard, and Pro plan limits and features

2.1 What Plans Are Available?

Navolet has three subscription tiers:

Free Plan: No payment required. Good for trying out the service.

  • 20 messages per month
  • 5 invoices per month
  • 5 PDF documents per month
  • Up to 10 customers
  • Telegram only
  • No expense tracking
  • No profit reports

Standard Plan: For small businesses with regular activity.

  • 500 messages per month
  • 50 invoices per month
  • 50 PDF documents per month
  • Up to 100 customers
  • Telegram and WhatsApp
  • Full expense tracking
  • Profit reports
  • Credit/debt tracking

Pro Plan: For busy businesses with no limits.

  • Unlimited messages
  • Unlimited invoices
  • Unlimited PDF documents
  • Unlimited customers
  • Telegram and WhatsApp
  • All features included

2.2 How Do I Upgrade My Plan?

  1. Purchase a Standard or Pro plan from the Navolet website
  2. You will receive a license key by email after payment (format: NV-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX)
  3. Open your Navolet bot on Telegram or WhatsApp
  4. Type or paste your license key and send it
  5. The bot will confirm your plan has been upgraded

💡 Each license key can only be used once and is tied to one account. Do not share your key.

2.3 What Happens When I Hit My Plan Limit?

When you reach your monthly message, invoice, or customer limit, the bot will tell you and provide a link to upgrade. You will not lose any existing data — you just cannot add new records until you upgrade or until the month resets.

Limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month.

2.4 Can I Use Navolet on Both WhatsApp and Telegram?

Yes, on Standard and Pro plans. Your account is linked to your phone number (WhatsApp) or chat ID (Telegram). Both platforms share the same data — customers, invoices, and records are the same regardless of which platform you use.
