2.2 Telegram Mini App Shop — Pro Only

Pro plan subscribers can create a fully functional online shop that runs inside Telegram as a Mini App. Customers open the shop directly from your Telegram bot — no browser, no separate website needed.

Shop features include:

• Branded storefront with your logo, banner, and brand colours
• Product catalogue with images, descriptions, categories, and variants (Size, Colour, etc.)
• Full cart and checkout flow inside Telegram
• Paystack payment integration — card, bank transfer, USSD
• Automatic order notifications to you via your Navolet bot
• PDF receipt sent to both you and the customer after payment
• Orders automatically update your chatbot stock, sales records, and customer list
• Order tracking for customers inside the Mini App
• Import your existing chatbot stock items as shop products (draft mode)

2.3 Billing & Renewal

• Monthly plans renew automatically via Paystack subscription — your card is charged on the same date each month
• Annual plans are available at a discounted rate (equivalent of 2 months free)
• You receive a 3-day warning via the bot before any expiry
• WooCommerce one-time payments set an expiry date on the license (30 days for monthly, 365 for annual)
• Cancel anytime from navolet.com/my-account → Subscription

2.4 Plan Limit Enforcement

• Messages, invoices, and PDFs reset at the start of each calendar month
• Customer limits are hard-enforced — Free users cannot add more than 10 customers
• WhatsApp is blocked for Free users with an upgrade prompt
• Expense, profit, and credit tracking locked for Free users
