Full shop setup guide for Pro users

9.1 Setting Up Your Shop

  1. Purchase a Pro plan from navolet.com
  2. Go to navolet.com/my-account → My Shop → Setup tab
  3. Your business details are pre-filled from your chatbot profile — review and edit if needed
  4. Choose your store name (e.g. “sunnystore”) — this becomes your shop URL. Cannot be changed after saving
  5. Upload your shop logo and banner
  6. Set your delivery fee, free delivery threshold, and tax rate
  7. Set up payments (see Category 10)
  8. Link your Telegram bot (see Bot Setup tab)
  9. Click Save Shop Settings

9.2 Linking Your Chatbot Account

The shop must be linked to your Navolet chatbot account for stock sync, order sync, and receipt delivery to work.

  1. Open your Navolet Telegram or WhatsApp bot
  2. Type: “my id” — the bot replies with your numeric chat ID
  3. Go to My Account → My Shop → Setup tab
  4. Paste your chat ID in the “Link Chatbot Account” field and click Link Account

💡 Once linked, any product sold through the shop automatically reduces your chatbot stock, adds the customer to your customer list, records a sale, creates an invoice, and sends PDF receipts to you and the customer.

9.3 Setting Up Your Telegram Bot

  1. Open Telegram and message @BotFather
  2. Send /newbot — enter a display name then a username ending in “bot”
  3. BotFather gives you a token like “123456:ABC-DEF…”
  4. Go to My Account → My Shop → Bot Setup tab
  5. Paste the token and click Save & Connect Bot

Navolet automatically sets up the webhook and adds an “Open Shop” button to your bot’s menu. Customers tap that button to open your shop.

9.4 Adding Products

  • Manual: click “Add Product” in the Products tab — fill in name, price, category, variants, image
  • Import from chatbot: click “Import from Chatbot” — select stock items to import as draft products
  • Drafts: imported products start as drafts (not visible in shop). Add images and variants, then click Publish
  • Variants: add multiple variant types per product (e.g. Size: S/M/L, Colour: Red/Blue)
  • Featured: mark products as Featured to show them prominently at the top of the shop

9.5 Managing Orders

All shop orders appear in My Account → My Shop → Orders. You can:

  • Filter by status: Paid, Processing, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled
  • Search by order reference or customer name
  • Progress orders: Mark Processing → Mark Shipped → Mark Delivered
  • Each status change sends an automatic update to the customer via Telegram
