Activating and managing license keys
12.1 What is a License Key?
A license key is a unique code (format: NV-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX) that activates a paid plan. Each key is generated after purchase and is single-use.
12.2 Activate on First Platform
Simply paste the key into the bot. It is recognised automatically and the plan activates immediately.
12.3 Activate on a Second Platform (Cross-Platform OTP)
If a key is already active on WhatsApp and you want to use it on Telegram (or vice versa):
- Paste the license key on the second platform
- Bot says: “This key is active on [Platform A]. A 6-digit code has been sent there.”
- Check your first platform — you will receive a 6-digit OTP
- Enter the OTP on the second platform within 10 minutes
- Both platforms are now linked and share all your business data
⚠️ Maximum 3 wrong OTP attempts before it is cancelled. Maximum 3 OTP requests per hour.
12.4 Key Not Received / Invalid
Check spam folder. Log in to My Account → Orders on the website. Contact support with your order number.
